Reminders:

  1. All scouts need to bring their Full uniform to this camping trip for Flag breaks and Scout’s own.
  2. All scouts should bring their campfire blankets if they have. It is ok for not having any crests on yet, but remember to put it on during campfire in order to continue the spirit of scout campfire.
  3. No one should bring any food to camp (candies, gum, snacks, etc…). Food is the major attraction to the wild animals. Committee and leaders will check all scouts backpacks and their belongings when they arrive.
  4. No electronic items are allowed at the campsite. Leaders and committee members will have cell phones and walkie talkies with them for emergency uses.
  5. If you are planning to visit during visiting hours, please make sure you sign up at the committee desk and it is a MUST to let section heads know.
  6. Must notify leaders and committee if the scouts need to take medicine during camping. Make sure parents put detail instructions with the medication and the name of the scout.
  7. Once again, please make sure to remind the section leader about what allergy your children have.
  8. Since we will be having outdoor activities, please make sure that each scout has an extra change of clothes and socks in case they get wet.
  9. We love your kids but if they are sick please keep them at home or we will call you to come and get them.
