The beavers will be having our Spring Beaver Sleepover on Friday, April 4th at 7:00 pm until Saturday, April 5th at 8:00 am. For some Beavers, this will be their first time away from home (without their parents), and will be an important experience to prepare them for the upcoming Summer Camp.
Event: Beaver Spring Sleepover
Place: St. Matthew United Church
Drop off Date & Time: Friday, April 4th, 2014 at 7:00 pm
Pick up Date & Time: Saturday, April 5th, 2014 at 8:00 am

If there are any circumstances that the Beaver Leaders should be aware of (e.g. washroom schedules), please let the leaders know. Beavers are to show up to the sleepover in full uniform, and should participate in the packing of their bags so that they can find things easily. Please ensure that your child has an extra change of clothing just in case of “accidents”.
Please note that dinner will not be served, so please have your child eat before coming to the Sleepover. A snack will be served later on in the night, and breakfast will be served on the following morning. If your child is ill, please have him/her stay home.
There may be chances that we will be taking the Beavers outside to enjoy the weather, so please make sure your child dresses accordingly. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Scouter Esther.
I hope you will consider allowing your child to join us on this exciting event.
