Dear Parents of Beavers, Cubs & Scouts:
It is our pleasure to present your 10th Richmond Hill Scout Group’s annual picnic, an event full of fun and good food for you and your family. That’s right! We are inviting both members of 10th Richmond Hill Scout Group and their family to come and enjoy an evening picnic together on June 13, 2014 at Woodland Trails from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The cost for this picnic is only $5 per person, and we will gladly contribute the additional costs and all the rest! So please join us in this fun-filled family event, and sign up with our Committees by June 6, 2014. Note that your child will not be required to wear his/her uniform on that day, however, each person (including family members) will be responsible for bringing his/her own dining kits (plates, cup, knife and fork) to make this an environmentally friendly event. Note that we will not meet at Silver Stream Public School on June 13 whether or not your child chooses to participate in the picnic. Please see below for details:
